1.3 The Administrator declares that all personal data processed by the Administrator is strictly confidential. - your telephone number;
- your field of study and school:

- more detailed information about you, your work and study experience, your education, courses and certificates you have taken, your skills and interests.
This personal information above will help to make better and more efficient use of our services, i.e. help to better connect users with suitable companies. By providing the above personal data on your profile, you give us your consent to process it.
3.3 As mentioned above, we process the personal data specified in Articles 3.1 and 3.2 for the purpose of providing the services for which the www.pracujvezdravotnictvi.cz website was set up, i.e. to connect the user (student/graduate) with companies and organisations that offer vacancies, internships, trainee programmes, work experience guidance, etc. The provision of our services means making our website accessible, storing and analysing information about the use of our website and providing personalised recommendations, sending notification emails about news and upcoming events and dealing with your enquiries via our telephone line or email.
3.4 As mentioned in Article 2 above, the processing of your personal data is also used to ensure the functionality of our service. In these cases, we process your personal data for the purpose of the security of our website, in particular to protect our servers from attacks and misuse and to protect against loss, degradation or corruption of data. Last but not least, we will also process your personal data for the purpose of informative emails regarding planned downtimes and technical maintenance of our website. All these interests are both our legitimate interests and yours.
3.5 We always store all your communications via our telephone line or email for a period of 12 months so that we can provide a better service based on them and to assist you promptly and efficiently in the event of a recurring problem with the website, which is both our and your legitimate interest.
4 Special provisions on the processing of users' personal data
4.1 As a registered user, you are entitled to use the "Apply" button located next to a specific position offered by a specific company. We emphasize that by pressing this button, your personal data from your profile (data according to Articles 3.1 and 3.2 of the Policy) will be transmitted to the company in order for the company to contact you in connection with the job offer and to select a suitable candidate for the position. Without the above personal data, it is not possible to register you as the purpose of registration on our website could not be fulfilled. We emphasize that giving consent to the processing of your personal data according to this article of the Policy is your free choice.
5 How long we keep your personal data
5.1 We retain your personal data specified in Articles 3.1 and 3.2 of the Policy for the duration of your active registration. If you are inactive for more than 12 months, we will delete your account and retain your personal data for four years in order to defend our claims for any disputes, which is our legitimate interest. The period for processing your personal data may be shorter if you delete your account or withdraw your consent in accordance with clause 7 of the Policy, in which case we will retain your personal data for four years after withdrawal of consent or deletion of your account. After the retention period expires, we will destroy your personal data.
5.2 Where the retention of certain personal data is subject to an obligation under applicable law to retain the data for a longer period than that set out in clause 6.1 of the Policy, then we will retain that personal data for the period required by law. Such law may in some cases be, for example, Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended.
6 Withdrawal of consent
6.1 You may withdraw any of your consents to the processing of personal data, i.e. consents under Articles 2.1, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 and 4.2 of the Policy, at any time, either specifically in respect of individual consents or collectively in respect of all consents, by sending a request to : gdpr@pracujvezdravotnictvi.cz

8 Cookies

9.3 The e-mails we send you are not considered unsolicited commercial communications within the meaning of Act No. 40/1995 Coll., on Advertising, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services.

9.5 The user is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided by him/her is true, accurate and that it relates exclusively to his/her person or that he/she has entered data, the use of which has not infringed the rights of third parties.

11 Final provisions
11.1 This Policy is valid and effective as of 01.01.2024.
11.2 All legal relations arising from or in connection with the processing of personal data shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, regardless of where the data was accessed from. The Czech courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising in connection with the protection of privacy between the user and us and shall apply Czech law.
11.3 The Administrator is entitled to change this Policy. It will post the new version of the Policy on its website and will also send the new version of these Terms to you at the email address you have provided to the Administrator.
